(NEWTON) A reminder from the Jasper County Treasurer’s Office that the first installment due date for 2023 real estate tax bills is Thursday, August 15th, three weeks from today. The Mobile Home taxes are due on one date only, on September 16th, which is also the second installment due date for real estate as well. If any questions about tax statements or more, call the Jasper County Treasurer’s Office in Newton at 618-783-3211 or stop by the County Office Building in Newton, open weekdays, from 8:00 to 4:00.
