Newton won its first round Class 2A Regional game at home
- The Lady Eagles beat Flora, 55-19
- Led by Camryn Martin with 16 points
- And Lilly Kessler with another double/double, 15 points and 10 rebounds
The 20-10 varsity Lady Eagles have won 8 games in a row, Newton plays Carmi at Fairfield tonight at 7:30 in Class 2A Regional Semi-Final action.
