The Newton Lady Eagles hosted Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg in a pair of games last night:
Varsity
- The Lady Eagles dominated, securing a 69-38 victory.
- Camryn Martin scored her 1,000th career point and recorded a double-double with 19 points and 10 assists.
Junior Varsity
- The Lady Eagles also won the junior varsity game, 50-19.
- Bergbower led the team with 14 points.
With a 2-0 record, the Lady Eagles will be back in action this Monday night. They face Flora at 7:30 PM in the Bob Kearns Tournament at NCHS.
