(OLNEY/NEWTON/NOBLE) Most all local and area City and Village Halls are now closed in observance of Christmas. Those in Olney, Newton, Noble, and mostly everywhere else are closed both today and tomorrow, then reopening on Thursday and Friday this week with normal hours. Also, Republic Services is hauling trash today with no garbage to be hauled tomorrow, on Christmas Day. Republic’s trash collections will resume on Friday.
