(WASHINGTON, INDIANA / OLNEY) There will be no formal funeral services, per his wishes, for Jake Thomas Kuykendall, age 39, of Washington, Indiana, formerly of Olney. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. The Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney is assisting the family with the arrangements.
