(OLNEY) The next “Lawyer in the Library” program for Richland County is next Tuesday evening from 4:00 to 6:00 at the Olney Public Library, with pre-registration required. Retired Judge Kim Harrell will be available for 20 minute appointments to assist folks with free legal coaching, document review, assistance with electronic filing, and referrals to additional services.
