(OLNEY) The voting results are now official. According to the Richland County Clerk’s office, even with the surrounding county’s totals, the results will not change the Richland County School Board of Education results now tallied from the April 1st election. The three winners are Dusty Kocher with 1,507 votes, Cindy (Cynthia) Lockley with 1,402 votes, and Dennis Anderson with 1,262 votes. Although Norm Henderson had 1,400 votes, which was more than Dennis Anderson, only two candidates, Kocher and Lockley, could be elected from 4N 10E pricinct. These vote totals are final for Richland County, plus the surrounding counties of Clay, Wayne, and Jasper.
