Olney Middle School Lady Cubs
The Lady Cubs faced off against New Hope last night, with both teams suffering losses:
Varsity
- The 8th Grade team lost 28-23.
- Temperance Oliver led the Cubs with 10 points.
Junior Varsity
- The 7th Grade team fell 38-19.
- Ally Wright scored 6 points.
The Lady Cubs are scheduled to host Mt. Carmel on Monday night.
Olney St. Joe – Junior High Girls Basketball
Olney St. Joe had a successful road trip to Jasper in Wayne County, winning both games:
Varsity
- The Lady Wildcats defeated Jasper 38-16 in the A-Team game.
- Leah Kuenstler led St. Joe with 20 points.
Junior Varsity
- The Lady Wildcats won the B-Team game 22-10.
- Belle Graves was the top scorer with 11 points.
The Lady Cats are set to host Allendale/St. Mary’s next Wednesday night.
