(OLNEY) The Richland County Board had its regular monthly meeting for February last night in Olney. The Board : approved the payment of all county claims for January – $202,134 for county general claims and $249,889 for non-county claims : reviewed and approved all County Officer reports as presented : approved an Engineering Design agreement with Charleston Engineering of Olney for the replacement of a Madison Road District drainage structure on Sunnybrook Road at the branch of Turkey Creek : approved a resolution to award construction for the Preston Road District bridge replacement on Hurricane Lane : approved a one-day Liquor License for the St. Joseph Church in Stringtown : heard an update on IT issues and the county website development : and took no action after a short closed session to discuss personnel : the next County Board meeting will be March 14th.
