Financial & Administrative Actions
- Approved April financial report, with bills totaling $1,140,498
- Approved the Tentative Amended FY25 Budget
- Approved the RCHS 10-Year Health Life Safety Survey
- Adopted revisions to 2025-2026 Student Handbooks for all district schools
- Approved contract with Raptor Technologies for security upgrades:
- $54,095 for one-year implementation
- $25,000 recurring annual cost
- Approved a 3-year district-wide phone service contract with Wabash Communications:
- $48,566 for installation & equipment
- $1,877/month recurring fee

- Heard update on Dual Credit Courses at RCHS
- Approved the expulsion of a student for the rest of 2024-25 and all of 2025-26 school years, with referral to RiseUp Alternative School
