There were just over 33% of Richland County’s registered voters that cast their votes in the April 1st Consolidated Election, however there are currently 357 vote-by-mail ballots still out and not counted. Therefore, none of the contested races can be determined at this time. As long as the vote-by-mail ballots were postmarked by today, the ballots have 14 days to make it to the Richland County Clerk’s Office in Olney to be included in the vote totals. So, with that being said, here’s a look at the unofficial vote totals as of tonight (April 1, 2025):
